PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit is a core unit standard in the qualification National Diploma in Retail/Wholesale Management at NQF 5.
It provides the learner with leadership concepts and will enable them to identify and use appropriate leadership styles and enhance working relationships with colleagues, superiors and other work associates. It will also help them to contribute to the development of people and the organisation |
