PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is a fundamental standard towards the qualification National Certificate in Retail / Wholesale sales and services at NQF 4.

It provides the fundamental competence to compile and deliver presentations in preparation for the core and elective standards at this level.
