PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for individuals responsible for the development and management of staffing plans. Individuals credited with this unit standard will be able to identify and plan staff requirements in accordance with the operational needs for pre-determined weekly, monthly and annual operational cycles.
