PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard focuses on human rights and the structures that support the South African Constitution. Learners who complete the standard should know enough about their rights and responsibilities under the Constitution to participate meaningfully in their communities. It is intended for the unemployed, out of school youth and employees faced with a change in employment status. It could be included as an elective in any workplace qualification.
