PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The purpose of this Unit Standard is to enable Construction Contractors to manage labour, plant end equipment, and materials resources on a construction project. |

UNIT STANDARD RANGE |
1. Labour includes all categories such as unskilled, semi-skilled, construction hands, trades and artisans.
2. Resource schedules relate to timeframes established in a works program. 3. Plant and equipment maintenance includes servicing and preventative maintenance. |

CETA is responsible for moderation of learner achievements of learners who meet the requirements of this unit standard. |
