PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is a core standard towards a national certificate in Retail/Wholesale processes at NQF 2. It is designed to give access to a formal qualification for those people who have been operating in the informal retail/wholesale sector by transforming business information processing in line with current world best practice. 

LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING

    UNIT STANDARD ACCREDITATION AND MODERATION OPTIONS 
    Accreditation of providers against this standard will be performed by the Retail and Wholesale SETA in its ETQA role. Moderation will be provided by the FETQA.
