This unit is an elective standard towards the qualification of National Diploma in Retail/Wholesale product and Services Management. It provides a credible opportunity in Speciality Merchandise Retail/Wholesale including General Merchandise, DIY / Hardware, Hi-Fi/photographic equipment, Toys, Books, Stationery, Dry Goods and contributes to the transformation of retail/wholesale practice to world-best practice norms
