Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to prepare the cheques and vouchers for automatic sorting and imaging, operate the machine and then despatch the cheques and vouchers.

ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
1. The cheques and differential vouchers are placed in the jogger according to standard operating procedures. 

ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
2. The cheques and vouchers are jogged according to the machine operating procedures to ensure that they do not stick together. 

ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
3. The cheques and vouchers are placed in the start section of the machine according to the machine operating procedures. 

SPECIFIC OUTCOME 2 
Operate the machine.

1. The machine is started according to standard operating procedures. 

ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
2. All rejected cheques are removed from the machine at the end of the run according to standard operating procedures.

1. The rejected cheques are ticked off against the report according to the bank's procedures.

3. The dispatch boxes are forwarded to the appropriate departments according to the bank's procedures. 


UNIT STANDARD ACCREDITATION AND MODERATION OPTIONS 
1. Anyone assessing a learner against this unit standard must be registered as an assessor with the relevant ETQA.

2. Any institution offering learning that will enable achievement of this unit standard or assessing this unit standard must be accredited as a provider with the relevant ETQA.

3. Moderation of assessment will be overseen by the relevant ETQA according to the moderation guidelines in the relevant qualification and the agreed ETQA procedures.

Therefore anyone wishing to be assessed against this unit standard may apply to be assessed by any assessment agency, assessor or provider institution which is accredited by the relevant ETQA.

UNIT STANDARD CCFO ORGANISING 
To organise and manage oneself and one's activities responsibly and effectively when the cheques and vouchers are jogged according ot the machine operating procedures to ensure that they do not stick together. 

UNIT STANDARD CCFO COMMUNICATING 
To communicate effectively using visual, mathematical and language skills in the modes of oral and written presentations when the rejected cheques are ticked off against the report according to the bank's procedures.
