PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The learner credited with this Unit Standard will be able to conduct appropriate interventions to foster positive workplace relations and select, adapt and implement appropriate best practice approaches to prevent labour disputes. Such interventions and actions will be based on an understanding and interpretation of applicable trends and statistics and best practice. Learners will also be able to prepare and present the relevant information to the various parties so as to aid understanding of the issues at hand thereby helping to prevent and/or resolve labour disputes.
