    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 1 
    The contingency plan is explained in terms of its purpose within the organisation. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    The circumstances that lead to the introduction of a contingency plan are explained in terms of their causes and possible contingency plans that could be implemented. 
    ASSESSMENT CRITERION RANGE 
    Circumstances include but are not limited to accidents, fires, derailment, washaways and power outages.
     

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Lines of communication are explained in terms of executing the contingency plan.

    Explain the responsibilities of the various role-players.

    The contingency plan is terminated in accordance with organisational protocols and procedures.
