PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is aimed at individuals involved in the presentation of team building programmes and recreational activities to focus on task processes in the Adventure-based Learning environment. This standard will in particular enable the qualified learner to select and sequence suitable adventure activities and/or recreational game activities to assist in team building and which accommodate the needs of individuals through the inclusion of personal and team development strategies.
