PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard will enable the community health worker to facilitate and assist in the provision of Primary Health Care based on the Primary Health Care approach within the community. It will enable the learner to understand the activities required to assist in facilitating and implementing primary health care projects and enable the learner to assist in identifying, planning and implementing a health care project in line with health care priorities in his/her community.
