PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is for anyone who works in a winemaking environment and has to separate grape juice (after grape destalking and crushing) from skins (before or after skin contact), pips, flesh particles and material other than grape (MOG) for further processing (fermentation) into wine.
