PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The purpose of this unit standard is to enable all games dealt to be paced so as to maximise revenue and enhance customer service. The individual must be able to use all relevant technology and perform all tasks of the dealing cycle in a quick and efficient manner.

On achievement of this unit standard the learner will understand and be able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the game of roulette.
  • Operate the game of roulette.
  • Take bets and make payouts.
  • Handle players and unexpected situations in a professional manner.
