PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard introduces the learner to the methods and procedures to collect, process, maintain and review workplace information within the context of an organisations work processes and information management system. Learners will learn how to maintain filing and record systems.

The qualifying learner is capable of:
