    The damages caused through international perceptions of an insecure cargo environment are described in the South African context. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 2 
    The potential effects of losses caused by theft of fraud are described for importers, exporters and insurers. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    The liability of the freight forwarder for damages is explained in the case of negligent and disregard for adequate security.
