PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to understand issues related to the insurance of internationally traded goods whilst they are in transit from seller to buyer. The learner will also be able to ensure that the interests of the shipper and receiver clients are protected by appropriate insurance measures. The learner will also be able to process and report on situations related to insurance of goods in transit.
