PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard requires learners to be able to schedule and monitor film and television production activities before and during shoots. Credited learners are able to schedule resources based on specific production requirements and can communicate schedules with all relevant persons.
Competent scheduling and monitoring improve productivity and prevents resource wasting and duplication. This competence is generic and can be applied in various contexts as credited learners learn to adhere to time lines and to check performance against planned schedules.
