PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Persons credited with this unit standard are able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the concept of leadership and the principles that underpin good qualities of a leader including leadership styles. The learner will understand and learn strategies and methods to lead a group successfully within a defined predictable environment and where possible under supervision.
The learner will be able to understand and explain the concept of values and ethics and integrate these models into effective and efficient leadership approach. On completion of this unit standard the qualifying learner will be able to: |
