PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for public sector officials involved with the service delivery activities in order to render services to the communities, stakeholders and other related role players that interact with the public sector. With the completion of this unit standard the learners will improve their administration skills and contribute to the improvement of service delivery in the South African public sector.
