  • Transport bales to the allocated storage area.
  • Store the bales according to their catalogue mapping positions.
  • Maintain the storage conditions and environment to prevent contamination of the wool and mohair.
  • Utilise the relevant documentation for the storage and retrieval of bales.

    Apply the relevant safety practices during the transference and storage of wool and mohair bales.

    The importance of wearing the appropriate PPC when storing wool and mohair bales is explained.

    The Personal protective equipment is used correctly whilst storing wool and mohair bales.

    The safety procedures that must followed when storing wool and mohair bales are demonstrated.

    The use of safe bale lifting techniques is demonstrated.

    The methods and procedures for transporting bales with trolleys, as per the company's SOPs are demonstrated.
