PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The marking and labelling of perishable foods is very different to that of other products sold in the industry. This unit standard is therefore aimed at all people who work with perishable foods in the wholesale or retail industry.
Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to use the equipment applicable to their department/area within the industry to mark and label their products according to organisational and legal requirements. |
