PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for all people who work with perishable foods in a wholesale or retail outlet. The standard enables the maintaining of personal hygiene associated with the handling of perishable food.
Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to implement and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene in the workplace in order to support the standard of hygiene required in the industry. |
