It will enable learners to understand regional spatial changes that are a result of climate change. It should enable people in business and industry to interpret expert reports and explain trends in a specific sector that could be attributed to climate change and to participate in informed debate on the matter. It will be useful for learners in Trade Unions, and management including learners in Local Government and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) who are responsible for implementing change. It may be useful for learners in logistics and procurement, insurance, agriculture and wholesale and retail industries where activities may be affected by climate change.
The qualifying learner is capable of: |
LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING |
It is assumed that learners are competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 3. |
