PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
Learners credited with this unit standard are able to undertake the complete exhibition design process, from initial conception of ideas to the final realisation of the design. This standard is focused on physical exhibition design. The unit standard contributes to the learning of those who want to develop a career path in the Art, Craft and Design sector, and contributes to greater levels of production and quality in this industry.

  • Relevant factors which determine and affect the design may include overall exhibition concept exhibition duration, resources, space / venue specifications or restrictions, available technologies, timelines, regulations or needs of other involved in the exhibition.
