  • Controlling the cutting process in order to ensure that the entire process line functions within the prescribed standards and efficiencies.

  • The learner is expected to perform the specific outcomes as reflected in this unit standard with minimal supervision, but with access to work-site procedures and operating instructions.
  • The scope of this unit standard deals with the control of the cutting process activities from the silos to the storage of tobacco in the cutrag store.
