PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This standard is in the core category of the NQF Level 3 National Certificate in CTFL Mechanician Processes. Learners who are assessed competent with this unit standard are able to handle day to day verbal communications with people, complete appropriate reports and documents, coach fellow employees and use any electronic media as they apply to the CTFL industry. |
