Blending paprika oleoresin, without supervision to produce required quality finished product.

UNIT STANDARD RANGE 
The scope of this unit standard deals with the blending of paprika oleoresin, weighing, monitoring temperature, monitoring pumps, applying blend sheet numbers and sampling of blended product.

The specific outcomes as reflected in this unit standard are performed without direct supervision, but with access to standard working procedures and operating instructions.
