Controlling of pests and weeds without supervision to ensure pest and weed free tea fields and nursery to minimize competition and infestation of tea fields. |

The scope of this unit standard deals with the pest and weed control in tea fields and nursery according to correct application rate on identification of pests and predetermined program for weeds in order to eradicate competition and infestations in tea fields and nursery.
