PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is designed for learners who provide a business advising service, particularly to SMMEs. It will provide the skills and knowledge necessary for the business adviser to develop and maintain positive contacts with clients. It will also help the learner to create an enabling and positive climate in which a business advising service be offered.
