PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
The qualifying learner is capable of:

Managing multiple construction projects on more than one construction site, incorporating different construction disciplines.
A person credited with this unit standard will have an understanding of the legal requirements for operation in one international environment, as well as the requirements and procedures to register a trading entity outside South Africa. The learner will also have an understanding of the financial aspects and logistics of managing construction projects in an international environment.
This unit standard will contribute to the full development of a professional community of Construction ManagersThe skills, knowledge and understanding demonstrated within this unit standard are essential for social and economic transformation and upliftment within the construction environment.
