PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for people who deliver stock purchased from a Wholesale or Retail organisation or pick up stock previously delivered, from customers.
Persons credited with this unit standard are able to function under general supervision and carry out established and familiar procedures in familiar environments. This person is able to co-operate with others in delivering and, where required, assembling/disassembling purchases to the customer's satisfaction and in a cost-effective manner. This function also includes basic processing of readily available information. |

Internal Moderations will be performed by the Accredited Providers whilst the relevant ETQA will perform external moderations of assessments across the Accredited Providers according to the moderation guidelines in the relevant qualification and the agreed ETQA procedures. |
