Demonstrate advanced skills and in depth knowledge of Labour Relations Management and apply international and local best practices in the field of Labour Relations Management in addition to demonstrating the ability to undertake a research project, in the broad field of Labour Relations Management, which contributes to the existing body of knowledge and addresses a particular Labour Relations problem.
