| Apply educational knowledge, skills, principles and methods to in understanding, debating and practicing financial, contractual and construction related issues in the Construction Industry and will be competent in applying research methodology on a doctorate degree level as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Building Manager, Construction Expert, Construction Cost Manager.

A thesis written according to set standards to provide evidence of a professional attitude as well as a specialised and a high level of competence, and knowledge, through research reports in the specialised field proving leadership in the field of study. Integrated assessment: A course/module/subject mark is arrived at through internal and external examination of the thesis after proof of advanced research has been delivered by the learner. A mark is arrived at through a thesis, written at this level, after proof of advanced research has been shown by the learner.
