PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
Purpose:

The aim is to provide the student with the opportunity to display competence in the application of relevant research methodology, and the proper written and/or oral communication of the research process and findings and to reflect on the research process and findings.

Rationale:

Master of Technology: Operations Management develops intellectual and professional, and provides the student with the opportunity to show evidence of independent and original scientific work.

Student is assumed to have completed a Bachelor of Technology: Operations Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF Level 7.

Recognition of Prior Learning:

    Students may articulate to Doctor of Technology or Doctor of Philosophy: Operations Management.
