1. Display wide-ranging scholastic and basic research skills in Medical Bio-Science and to perform a wide choice of standard and non-standard procedures often in non-standard combinations across the Medical Bio-Science discipline in variable routine and non-routine contexts.

Demonstrate knowledge of Medical Bio-Science with depth, is capable of information processing at the level of analysis, reformatting and evaluation of abstract data and concepts, and is capable of formulation of appropriate responses to resolve both concrete and abstract science problems. 3. Communicate effectively, in both oral and written modes, with peers and the broader Medical Bio-Science community using the appropriate structure, style and graphic support. 4. Assume responsibility for managing processes within broad parameters for largely defined activities and assume complete accountability for achieving personal and/or group output. |

1. Wide-ranging scholastic and basic research skills in Medical Bio-Science is displayed and performed to a wide choice of standard and non-standard procedures used in non-standard combinations across the Medical Bio-Science discipline in variable routine and non-routine contexts.
2. Knowledge of Medical Bio-Science is demonstrated with depth; information is processed at the level of analysis, reformatting and evaluation of abstract data and concepts and appropriate responses are formulated to resolve both concrete and abstract science problems. 3. Oral and written communication using the appropriate structure, style and graphic support are demonstrated effectively with peers and the broader Medical Bio-Science community. 4. Processes are managed within broad parameters for largely defined activities and complete accountability is assumed for achieving personal and/or group output. Integrated Assessment: The faculty has adopted a Continuous Assessment System. Assessment consists of a number of assessment events administered throughout the year and a variety of assessment instruments are used (for example, tests, essays, practical reports, project reports). |
