PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
The purpose of this qualification is to supply the game ranch industry with competent managers and researchers. The qualifying learner will also be competent to identify and develop entrepreneurial oppotunities and to perform advanced management of natural resources and biological diversity. 

LEARNING ASSUMED TO BE IN PLACE AND RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING 
First degree in Game Ranch Management or relevant equivalent qualification of 360 credits at NQF level 6.

The qualification will be awarded to a learner who has provided evidence to the satisfaction of the assessors that the stated competence of the qualification, as detailed in the specified outcomes, has been achieved, either through education and training in a single provider`s learning programme, or through experience that complies with the stated specified outcomes.

    MODERATION OPTIONS 
    Two internal moderators and one external moderator must moderate final intergrated portfolio assessment.
