PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
This qualification is intended for professional and competent office administrators (managers) in all sectors of the economy. Qualifying learners will provide consistent and effective management support in the form of the independent management of an administrative office, which requires both office management and technological skills and strategic support skills.
