PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
The quaification in Veterinary Science provides the student with a broad scientific background in the theoretical aspects of the prerequisite subjects with a view to register for a Degree. The qualification aims for a candidate to build on the basic knowledge given at the undergraduate level to a level where the candidate can use it to become a specialist in the field of interest.
