The qualification will be awarded to a learner who has provided evidence to the satisfaction of the assessors that the stated competence of the qualification, as detailed in the specified outcomes, has been achieved, either through education and training in a single provider's learning programme, or through experience that complies with the stated specified outcomes.

1. Conduct research and compile a comprehensive research report that will contribute meaningful to the field of Human Resource Management.

2. Undertake advanced research projects within organisations in order to solve complex human resource problems.

SPECIFIC SOUTCOMES:

1. Apply knowledge and principles of scientific research by completing the following: (C)
  • Formulate problem statement to address a complex human resource management problem. (15 credits) (NQF 8).
  • Design a research plan (15 credits) (NQF 8).
  • Select and apply research Methodology (15 credits) (NQF 8).
  • Analyse research data (15 credits) (NQF 8).

    2. Provide comprehensive recommendations to solve human resource management problem (C) (15 credits) (NQF 8).
