PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
Purpose:
To provide an advanced qualification in Public Management and Municipal Administration with its basis in the Economic and Management Sciences to enable learners to pursue a career in the Public Sector and related fields. The qualification leading to the qualification provides learners with the necessary knowledge, skills and values in public municipal management and administration to pursue a career in local government and related fields with a view of equipping them to function in middle to senior executive echelons. |
