The M BA programme consists of three components. The aim of the first component is to give learners insight onto the dynamics of the socio-economic environment in which an organisation operates and to prepare them to function in a managerial capacity whilst interacting with the external environment. The second component of the programme is designed to emphasise the principles and operation of the management process in order to develop those facets of learners' personalities which influence their managerial ability and in order to equip them with the managerial tools and techniques which enable them to use their managerial skills to the full potential in practice. The third component involves practically oriented training in the management of the various functions of an organisation, coupled with a co-ordination course which concentrates mainly on the functions of top level management. |
