| NOTES |
| This B Com with endorsement is not a new qualification. At the Department of Education it is included in the registration of the generic B Com, though Intrapreneurial Management is a new endorsement. Because of globalisation, redundancies and retrenchment the profile of work forces in the formal economic sector is changing. Job creation through the development of Small, Medium and Macro Enterprises (SMME'S) as well as more entrepreneurial behaviour in bigger organizations offer a solution. This qualification will empower learners to play a leading role in this development. |
