1 . Implementation of nursing care management activities according to the Scope of Practice.
2. Participation in multidisciplinary quality assurance task groups and in peer review.
3. Reviewing the effectiveness of the application of the scientific approach of nursing and Primary Health Care principles for quality care.
4. Application of research principles and utilisation of research findings in solving clinical problems (patient-centred and personnel-centred)
