PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
The primary purpose of the qualification is to provide the learner with knowledge and shills that will enable the learner to design, implement and manage community development project to improve the quality of life of the community.

    Integrated assessment incorporated to ensure that the purpose of the degree is achieved:

    A range of continuous formative methods including: prescribed practicals, tutorials, tests and written examinations, Seminars and Project work singly and in groups will also be used to assess whether the specified outcomes have been achieved.
