| PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION |
| The Human Resources Management Programme has been designed to provide for the needs and requirements of Human Resources Managers in order to function effectively in dynamic, demanding and culturally diverse South African workplace. Students will also be able to specialise in the various areas in the field of Industrial Psychology at an advanced level, e.g. Organisational Development, Labour Relations, and Consumer Psychology, change management Conflict Management. |
