PURPOSE AND RATIONALE OF THE QUALIFICATION 
This qualification provides theoretical and practical knowledge of Strategic Marketing, Research Methodology, and marketing expertise in the areas of: Retail, Services, Business-to-Business, Internet, Direct and International Marketing. The qualified learner is empowered with basic applied competence and the skills offered and acquired, are subjected to integrated assessment.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
The institution conducts RPL in terms of the policy and guidelines of the institution to recognise other forms of formal, informal and non-formal learning and experience. In cases where learners do not comply with the formal admission requirements, the institution applies its RPL policy.
