Interpret the data obtained from patients 'record and own assessment

Establish short and long term goals based on the problem list, and set deadlines for their achievement where possible.

Design physiotherapy/treatment plan and re-evaluate this regularly.

Record accurately all findings and treatment.

4.1. Perform a thorough subjective and objective examination

4.3. Analyse health care delivery models and comment on their appropriateness in the South African context.

CRITERIA FOR THE REGISTRATION OF ASSESSORS

Qualifications required:

Masters degree in Physiotherapy or its Equivalent

A PhD degree in Physiotherapy

Career experience required:

At least five experience as a physiotherapy educator at the university

Other criteria:

Staff members will be used as assessors in a manner accommodated within the quality of management system of the institution. Outside assessors will also be treated in the same way.
