  • A secondary purpose of this qualification is to equip learners with the foundation for independent research and development at subsequent NQF levels;
  • The added value of this qualification shall be that it will provide professionals to the South African community, who will be equipped to transgress the borders of South African Law as required by increasing globalisation and furthermore can input in national legislation the experiences gained in other countries;
