1. Demonstration of an ability to plan and execute an original research project, including a display of appropriate research techniques
2. Demonstration of an ability to document a research problem within the ongoing discourse (conceptual frameworks) of the research community.

4.To creatively contribute to the understanding and knowledge of comparative research with regard to education policy.
