Learning outcomes: 1. Demonstration of an ability to plan and execute an original research project, including a display of appropriate research techniques 2. Demonstration of an ability to document a research problem within the ongoing discourse (conceptual frameworks) of the research community. 3. Demonstrate the ability to make valid conclusions and recommendations. 4.To creatively contribute to the understanding and knowledge of comparative research with regard to education policy. Critical cross-field outcomes: 1. Identify, analyse and propose solutions to education policy related problems. 2. Organising and managing oneself and one's actions related to scientific research, problem solving and investigation with regard to the topic being investigated. 3. The most important objective is to collect, analyse, organise and critically evaluate information gathered during the investigation. 4. The report should reflect the skill to communicate effectively using visual, mathematical and/or conceptually relevant language skills. 5. Demonstrating and understanding of the education policy as a set of related social systems and recognising the relatedness of problem solving. 6. Participating as a responsible citizen in the life of local, national and global communities regarding the role of education policy within particular social, political and economic contexts. 7. Being culturally and aesthetically sensitive when researching education policy issues across social and cultural contexts. |
